Shipping Times:
Each order is custom made, and will take an average of 7-14 days to make it's way to your cozy house.
We ship worldwide to over 39 countries!
Custom's Fees:
We are not responsible for paying fees or rates charged by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs fees.
We are not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuses a package and send it back to us, we can reship at your expense.
In the event that the package is not returned to us by customs or is lost as a result of mishandling by customs, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for any fees involved in sending the package back to our warehouse or reimbursing the customer for that cost.
International shipments may be subject to random opening/inspection by customs officials in the country of delivery. We are not responsible for orders that are held by customs, or refused entry by customs as a result of this.
Note: Customs and duty charges may apply, depending on your country.
VAT Tax:
We do not charge a VAT tax for imported digital goods. The customer is responsible for paying any VAT tax that may incur.
